Q: Are your candles vegan and animal cruelty free?
A. Yes! All of our candles contain no harsh chemicals, are cruelty free and vegan.
Q: What wax do you use?
A. Pure Ambiance Co. uses an all-natural soy wax.
Orders & Shipping
A. All orders take up to two business days to process and be packaged. We offer different calculated shipping methods from 2-3 business days.
Q: What are the shipping options? Where do you ship?
A. We use UPS for shipping, in the US only. Shipping options are UPS Ground and UPS 2-Day Shipping.

Q: Can I place a custom order?
A. Yes! Send us an email to get in contact for a custom order, depending on the size of order, vessels and scents chosen...the waiting period may vary.
Please allow at least 3 weeks in advance for custom orders to be completed due to the fact that everything is handmade.

Q: Can I send as a gift?
A. Yes! The best gift to someone you care for is a candle. We'd love to ship and create a nice handwritten note.
Just select the gift option at checkout and type in the note you would like to leave.

A. You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order.

Q: Can I return my candle? Or an exchange?
A. All sales are final and we do not provide exchanges. Please contact us for any questions or concerns at support@pureambiance.co.

Q: What if a scent or candle I want is sold out?
A. Let us know through email what scent you'd like and we'll try our best to accommodate you, before we restock through the site.
